Thomas, one of the three visionary owners of LaFleur Atelier, has led a truly remarkable life. After serving 14 years in the U.S. Air Force, his career was ended by a terrible accident that led to an honorable discharge. Refusing to let adversity define him, Thomas channeled his skills and passion into a wide range of pursuits. Over the years, he’s excelled as a machinist, mechanic, computer program developer, and even a guitar craftsman. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Thomas is a devoted husband and father, bringing the same care and quality to his family as he does to crafting timeless jewelry at LaFleur Atelier. His diverse talents and resilience inspire the craftsmanship and innovation behind the brand.

Monika, one of LaFleur Atelier’s talented owners, grew up in the historic city of Trier, Germany, where her passion for creativity blossomed. She trained as a dressmaker, crafting exquisite designs that graced media personalities, royalty, and top designer brands. Her artistry and precision made her a sought-after talent in the fashion world. Later, Monika moved to America, where she embraced a new challenge—martial arts. Over a decade of dedication, she earned black belts in multiple styles, showcasing her discipline and resilience. Through it all, Monika has remained a loving and devoted mother, bringing her creativity, strength, and compassion into every facet of her life and work at LaFleur Atelier.
